Learn correct skiing technique for cross country skiing with this beginner course in English. Instructors from Falck Training will create a fun and enjoyable course for you to learn the basics so you can conquer the tracks on your own.
Practical information
- You need to bring your own equipment for cross-country skiing (shoes, poles and skiis). It is possible to rent this at BUA Leangen if you do not have your own equipment.
- We will meet up between arenabygg and Granåsen toppidrettsenter. We encourage you to park at the main, large parking ground, as the others may be full.
- If you want to travel by public transportation you can take bus no.23
- Dress according to weather, preferably layered in a way so that you can tak off a jacket if you get warm during the course.
