March is high season for tourism in Tromsø. Accomodation can be hard to find. Please make your reservation well in advance, as BIOPROSP and Functional Metagenomics cannot guarantee availability and prices.
All participants must arrange and pay for their own accommodation directly with the hotel. The organizers are not responsible for any hotel bookings or cancellations made by participants.

Price from NOK 4 145,- per night/room – single room, double bed, the stated rate is for one person. The offered room rates include breakfast buffet, coffee/tea facilities, VAT, in-room safe, and Wi-Fi.
Reservations can only be made via the hotels website and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Any changes must be made by the guest directly on the website. The deadline for cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival; after this time, the reservation will be charged in full. It will not be possible to arrange invoicing for these reservations.
