25% VAT will be added to all social event fees.

Conference Fees

• Member fee: NOK 9,250
• Regular fee: NOK 10,290
• One-day attendance: NOK 5,500
• Students: NOK 1,500
• Exhibitors: NOK 16,000 (delegate pass not included)
• 25% VAT will be added to all conference fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made from 2 January 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of NOK 3,500.
• Cancellations made from 22 January 2026 will not be refunded.
