Hit pause on your summer holiday planning and join us for a workshop on owning your space, embracing imperfection, and grow confidence

Teknas Kvinnenettverk invite female members to a motivating workshop with Marina Tjetland. Fruit, coffee and tea will be served.

Workshop Focus:

This workshop will use visual storytelling as a tool to:

  • Encourage women to take initiative and step into leadership roles.

  • Address the challenges of perfectionism and control, helping participants let go of the need for everything to be "just right."

  • Foster an environment of women supporting women, where participants uplift and amplify each other’s voices.

  • Cultivate confidence in speaking up and making an impact through creative expression.

  • Develop innovative thinking by breaking out of linear, traditional problem-solving methods.

What to Expect:

  • A hands-on, engaging, and interactive session with no drawing skills required.

  • Creative exercises designed to challenge perfectionism and encourage risk-taking in a safe environment.

  • Guided activities that will help participants visualize their confidence, leadership, and impact.

  • Collaborative storytelling exercises that reinforce the importance of women supporting women in their careers.

  • Practical takeaways on how visual storytelling can be a tool for innovation, leadership, and personal empowerment.

  • A space for reflection and discussion on career growth, speaking up, and embracing imperfection.

  • A fun, eye-opening experience that will leave participants feeling energized, inspired, and more connected to their personal and professional goals.

Takeaways for Participants:

  • A visual toolkit to help you embrace imperfection and step into leadership.

  • Greater confidence in taking space and using your voice.

  • A creative mindset that fosters innovation and risk-taking.
