Introduction to Fermentation

Join us for an engaging and hands-on fermentation workshop led by lifestyle coach Andreas Dønåsen!
The event will begin with approximately 60 minutes of theory and demonstrations, where you’ll learn the basics and benefits of fermentation. This will be followed by a 120-minute practical session, where everyone gets involved in preparing their own fermented creations.
Participants will receive recipes to take home, ensuring you can continue experimenting on your own. Please bring your own knife, cutting board, mixing bowl, grater, and two glass jars for the ferments. All vegetables will be provided by the organizer. If possible bring an apron or a kitchen towel for your own use.
