25% VAT will be added to all social event fees.

Conference Fees
· Member fee: NOK 9,250
· Regular fee: NOK 10,290
· One-day attendance: NOK 5,500
· Students: NOK 1,500
· Exhibitors: NOK 16,000 (delegate pass not included)

Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations made from 2 January 2027 will incur a cancellation fee of NOK 3,500.
· Cancellations made from 22 January 2027 will not be refunded.
