Guidelines for Abstracts

To ensure that participants gain maximum value from the symposium, all abstracts, papers and presentations should be prepared with the target audience in mind. Contributions are expected to be practice-oriented, with clear links to real-life applications, and with limited emphasis on detailed advanced scientific descriptions.

We particularly encourage case-based and experience-driven contributions. Presenters are invited to share projects, challenges, research, lessons learned and practical solutions that may inspire or benefit others in the industry. The overall aim is that participants can bring practical insights, reflections and new perspectives back to their own professional practice.

In summary, contributions should:

  • Be clearly practice-oriented and relevant to the target audience
  • Be based on real-world experiences, case studies or applied knowledge
  • Be easy to follow, also for participants who do not have a scientific background work with the topic on a daily basis
  • Provide insight, inspiration and/or new approaches to solving practical challenges

We greatly appreciate the speakers’ efforts to contribute to a symposium that is practice oriented, useful and engaging for all participants.
