Mushroom foraging

Join this fun mushroom foraging trip and learn about edible mushrooms in the Norwegian forest.
Course instructor Patrick Bösch shares his great engagement and knowledge about mushrooms. He is a certified mushroom and crop expert, and can assist in double-checking the catch.
Course contents: Field theory, guided foraging, check of the catch
There will be a focus on how to safely identify the mushrooms and collect them sustainably. In addition, you will also get tips on the use and preservation of the catch.
Bring something to drink and a snack, mosquito spray, and dress warmly and adapted to the weather, with shoes suitable for walking off forest trails. Bring a knife (mushroom or vegetable knife, alternatively scissors) and an airy basket/paper bag/net for the catch (mushroom should not be stored in airtight plastic containers). Also remember something to write with and on, if you want to take notes.
