Mental Muscles: How to maintain and strengthen your mental health

Why do some people cope with crises and challenges better than others? What promotes good mental health and how can we look after our own and other people's mental health?
Learning objectives:
This course gives an insight into how you more easily can see opportunities in the challenges you face. Resilience is like a muscle with psychological resistant power. This can be learned and the "muscle" can be built over time with targeted effort and the right focus.
Topics which will be addressed:
- What is mental health?
- What are psychological problems and disorders?
- What is resilience and how do we strengthen it?
- Seeing opportunities in your challenges
Practical information:
Pizza will be served from 16:30. The course starts at 17 and lasts 3 hours.
