Why do some people cope with crises and challenges better than others? What promotes good mental health and how can we look after our own other people's mental health?

Learning objectives

This course gives an insight into how you more easily can see opportunities in the challenges you face. Resilience is like a muscle with psychological resistant power. This can be learned and the "muscle" can be built over time with targeted effort and the right focus.

Topics which will be addressed:

  • What is mental health?
  • What are psychological problems and disorders?
  • What is resilience and how do we strengthen it?
  • Seeing opportunities in your challenges

Practical information

We serve free food from 16.15 for those who are interested. If you have allergies or special needs, please write them under "additional information", so that we can notify the caterer.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you can't attend the course after all, so that we can reduce our food order and give your place to a member on the waiting list.
