NFOGM and Tekna wish to welcome you to our 1 day workshop on Hydrocarbon Allocation/Management. The purpose of the workshop is to provide a forum to disseminate knowledge, share experiences, discuss issues and address challenges currently facing the field of hydrocarbon allocation.

The event program includes presentations on:

  • The use of test separator for allocation purposes – Experiences from an Operator
  • Legal aspects concerning allocation procedure
  • Gas Lifting and Balancing Agreement (GLBA) – a practical implementation
  • Operators experience with Allocation of energy consumption
  • NCS collaboration efforts
  • NOROG guideline 032 – metering and allocation audits
  • Sensitivity analysis of common allocation methods
  • Allocation for Carbon Capture and Storage

Importantly, the event also encourages and provides the opportunity for discussion and networking. The workshop attracts attendees from a spectrum of disciplines including allocation specialists, measurement, commercial, legal, etc. drawn from the operators, consultancies and service providers.

There will be an opportunity to stay for networking and refreshments after the official program has ended.
