About the conference

The most preferred international forum on Flow Measurement in the oil-and gas industry.

For 45 years the Global Flow Measurement Workshop (GFMW) has served as a premier international forum for professionals involved in flow measurement and allocation across the energy sector.

Recent global events have highlighted how critical oil and gas remain to energy security, economic stability, and society's daily operations, reinforcing the importance of accurate and reliable measurement throughout the value chain.

We call it, workshop, due to the open discussions in between the presentations and the large number of exhibitors because of the Technology Spotlight Sessions which is a complete mix of users and technology providers.

Once again regulators, operators, technology providers, equipment manufacturers, and researchers gathers to exchange knowledge, present innovations, and strengthen business and professional relationships. The workshop will feature technical presentations, industry exhibitions, and I specifically want to mention the extensive opportunities for business, technical, and social networking.

The workshop offers publication of some selected papers from the program for the Flow Measurement and Instrumentation (FMI) Journal.
