Most people like to be told that they do a good job. But how often do we really get and give positive feedback?
Few people like to be told that they need to change or stop doing something. But how can we develop if we do not know what we do wrong, and how can we expect others to change if we do not tell them? Feedback is an important part of development.

About lecturer Petter Bakken
Petter Bakken has a wide range of knowlegde and experience from working in sales and management. He has worked in senior positions in the Norwegian Defence and muliple positions at Hewlett-Packard. During his time at HP, Bakken developet teaching methodology for education sales personell and management in-house, both in Norway and at HPs international offieces.
