Most people like to be told that they do a good job. But how often do we get and give positive feedback?

Few people like to be told that they need to change or stop doing something. But how can we develop if we do not know what we do wrong, and how can we expect others to change if we do not tell them?

Feedback is an important part of development. Learn how to give and take feedback in this course.
