Meeting the goals and targets of the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals calls for unprecedented transformations over the next decade. Many people look to technology and innovation as the answer. These are important, yet insufficient. What’s missing?

Join world-leading transformations experts, Dr Monica Sharma and Professor Karen O’Brien, to explore the principles, templates, and tools we can use to turn passion and purpose into measurable results. They will explain how each one of us can lead sustainable and equitable changes in our work, whatever our role. Drawing on decades of experience, Dr. Sharma will introduce a framework for tapping into the power and potential of people to create and design more sustainable systems and cultures.

We will also hear stories from others about how they implement the principles, tools, and templates in their own projects here in Norway and around the world. Join us and share your thoughts and questions! We welcome people working on sustainability or climate change related projects, students, youth, researchers, and others in the public and private sectors interested in exploring deeper ways to solve problems, shift systems and activate potential for change.
