Most people take part in large and small projects on a daily basis, both at work and privately. Why do some go well and others less well? What does it take to succeed better?

With this course, you as an employee or manager can become better at managing a project - or use your qualifications in a better way. You will get practical input for better implementation of projects, concrete advice (so you can manage and coordinate better) as well as a list of classic mistakes (so you don't fall into the trap). You'll get some simple tools and clear project management ideas.

  1. What simple tools are the most important for a good project?
  2. How to manage risk
  3. How can your department, managers and employees work together for better results?
  4. How to deal with stakeholders?
  5. Why do change management and project management have to follow each other closely?
  6. Build and manage a project using simple parameters
  7. Communication with sponsor, stakeholders and the team
  8. Limit your project to what it is and isn't!
  9. Understand change management as part of project management
