Tekna has signed a new agreement on banking services with Handelsbanken
Today, Tekna signed a new agreement on banking services for its 102,000 members. - I am very pleased that we can now offer Tekna’s members competitive terms and a good banking offer through Handelsbanken, says Line Henriette Holten, Secretary-General of Tekna.
We have been in negotiations with several banks, and Handelsbanken gave Tekna’s members the best prices and the sharpest overall offer, says Holten
It was important for us to find a partner who is long-term and solid. We also wanted a bank that could offer the very best customer experiences through digital solutions and good financial advice, says Holten.
Handelsbanken is known for being a solid bank and was ranked by Global Finance in 2022 as Europe’s most solid and the world’s fourth most solid commercial bank. The analysis company Kantar named the bank in 2022 as the third best on customer service in the last ten years, regardless of industry. Similar awards show that Handelsbanken is the easiest bank to get in touch with and that it delivers high quality advice.
Tekna organizes members who have a master’s degree in technology, mathematics or natural sciences.
I know that the association’s members have high expectations for technology and digital user experiences. Handelsbanken invests significantly in the development of technology, and is now building a completely new digital and agile banking offer for personal customers, says country manager Arild Andersen at Handelsbanken.
With so many members across the country, in different stages of life, we recognize that there are many different needs. Handelsbanken will therefore offer a forward-looking mobile and online bank, along with personal advice from our 38 offices.
It is optional for members to use the negotiated offer, which will be available from 1.1.2024.
