Vote for the Felleslisten – shaping the future of Gjensidige!

Between 9 and 11 March 2026, employees in Norway will elect two employee representatives to the Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA. The election will be conducted electronically, and all permanent employees are eligible to vote.

Our view is that the Board should reflect a broader and more diverse range of employees. Employee representation on the Board of Gjensidige Forsikring is important. It gives us, as employees, the opportunity to influence the company’s strategies, priorities and decisions. We believe this representation should be as broad as possible.

Tekna at Gjensidige and the Norwegian Association of Lawyers are standing together on a joint list: Felleslisten. Our aim is to contribute to broader insight and better decision-making. Diversity strengthens the organisation.

Why should you vote for Felleslisten?

  • We work together to ensure broader employee representation on the Board
  • We bring your everyday working life into the Board’s decision-making
  • Digitalisation, analytics and innovation increasingly require strong technological and legal competence
  • We want to safeguard the human competence within the company
