Practical Information

Accommodation:
The organizers will arrange accommodation for the participants at the conference hotel. Please do your reservations for accommodations at the registration form.

Please settle your account with the hotel before you leave the conference after closure.

Confirmation:
Confirmation of registration and hotel reservation will be mailed to you shortly after your registration has been received.

Cancellations:
 For cancellations received before 31 May 2024, refund will be made in full less NOK 500,- for administrative expenses. For cancellations received between 31 May and 3st June, a refund of 50 % will be made. We cannot make refunds for cancellations received after 3st June 2023.

Currency:
The monetary unit in Norway is the Norwegian Krone (NOK). On 16 of December 2023 the exchange rate was approx. NOK 10 = 0,93 US $ and NOK 10 = 0,86 Euro.

Social Program:
 Monday 17 June - Get-together-party
The Get-together-party included a light meal and is given from 5. – 7.30 pm at Scandic Park Sandefjord and is free of charge.

Tuesday 18 June – Social Event – Program will soon be announced.

 Wednesday 19 June – Conference dinner at the Conference Hotel The Banquet dinner will be held at 7.30 pm at Scandic Park Sandefjord - Wine included and free of charge.

Dress code:
Casual wear are suggested for all conference events.

Company Presentations:
Companies are invited to present their services and equipment at a mini exhibition during the conference, on the condition that they have at least one delegate paying the full fee.

Price: NOK 6.500,- (+ vat) for area of width 2-3 meters, depth 1 meter
