All fees must be paid prior to the conference.

Cancellation policy
Should you be prevented from attending you can give your seat to a colleague close up to the event. Cancellation made 3 weeks prior to the event will be charged 50% of the delegate fee. One week prior to the event full fee will be charged. Written notification only.
