February in Tromsø is a popular tourist destination, so it may be challenging to find accommodation. We have therefore made reservations and agreements for conference discounts with three major hotels in Tromsø: Scandic Ishavshotel, Clarion Hotel the Edge and Clarion Xpress.

Reserve your room as early as possible and before 1 February, as the BIOPROSP booking will be cut off by then. The latter two offer an extra discount for those who order before 1 January. The hotels will start to release our reservation from 1. December on, so to be absolute certain, you should reserve a room before this date.
